Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager in Butte, MT to join our team. Ideal candidates will be a self-motivated individual with leadership experience who values integrity, team-player, and have a work ethic/willingness to meet Plant's objectives regardless of circumstances. Primary job responsibilities include but not limited to: * Safety * Leading plant/warehouse team * Inventory management * Production scheduling * Product delivery scheduling * Employee development * Learn and Teach * Conduct themselves professionally and courteously in all manners of communication * Willingness to have fun at work!Skills, knowledge, and abilities needed: * 2-5 years successful experience in a related role; commercial driver's license preferred * Goal-orientation. Competitive. Discipline, motivation, and driven to achieve * Time/calendar management. Task prioritization * Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Integrity, hard-work, and a Positive team-first attitude * Humility.
