This individual is a seasoned marketer, with strong strategic and team leadership skills, who will collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to transform business goals and consumer insights into differentiated banner marketing strategies. The Vice President of Marketing will work collaboratively with internal marketing Centers of Excellence (Co Es) to bring the strategies to life and create a deeper connection between the brands and their target consumers. The Vice President of Marketing will provide marketing vision, strategic thought-leadership and day-to-day marketing leadership to their organization. This individual will develop and implement an integrated strategic marketing plan that creates differentiation, emotional connection with customers and drives banner growth.
