Job Details Job Title: Volunteer Investigations Assistant : HC611795 Location: Langley Court : Newport IOW Salary: Volunteer Hours: 2 hours per week Closing Date: Sunday 1st October 2023 at 23:59 hours Job Purpose The successful Candidate willassist the Investigations department with administration. Key Accountabilities include but are nit limited to: 1. Scanning documents onto the Record Management System. 2. Keeping notice boards up to date 3. To maintain the Resource room/ Post room/ photocopy room 4. Assist with viewing CCTV and document timeline of events to assist OIC for supporting investigation/ ease of reference 5. Assist with viewing phone data and summarise text messages/ call data to assist with investigations For more information on the role, please, click here. Additional Requirements: You will maintain personal responsibility for collection, recording, evaluation, information sharing, review, retention and disposal of information in compliance with codes of practice and Guidance in the Management of Information, information security policy, procedures and legislation. Desirable Experience Good IT skills and attention to detail are required for this role.
