Position Overview: The Vice President of Enterprise Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the enterprise sales strategy to expand our beverage offerings within the restaurant industry. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in restaurant operations or marketing, who can leverage their industry expertise to build relationships, drive sales, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy to target and secure partnerships with major restaurant chains and foodservice providers. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restaurant industry, focusing on expanding market share and increasing product penetration. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the restaurant sector. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive mutual growth. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the enterprise sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members achieve their sales goals. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and drive continuous improvement. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities and results. Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company goals. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Use this knowledge to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities. Customer Success: Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and support. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Budget Management: Develop and manage the enterprise sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. 3+ of experience in leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in the restaurant industry. Previous experience in restaurant operations or marketing is highly desirable. Strong understanding of the restaurant industry's dynamics, including key players, trends, and challenges. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. Experience in contract negotiation and relationship management. Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
