West Creek 5 (12075), United States of America, Richmond, VirginiaVendor Manager, ATM Networks (Hybrid)As a Principal Associate of the ATM & Cash Vendor Performance Management team, you will focus on delivering flawlessly executed processes that drive innovation, improve business efficiency, and deliver results. You will create and modify processes while collaborating with smart and passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company's bottom line. You will monitor data and industry trends to measure effectiveness and install necessary benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity. You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each time. You will inspire and influence vendors to create solutions that solve our business challenges.We are seeking dedicated, disciplined, process and analytical professionals who excel in a team environment, are experienced in partnering with vendors, and have subject matter expertise with ATM Networks, Terminal Driving and Servicing. This individual will have demonstrated past success in improving processes resulting in savings of time and resources for the company. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners both across the company, and externally as well as across multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment are essential to succeeding in this role. General Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with vendors to align and manage expectations of service delivery / reliabilityHold vendors accountable for performance via the use of scorecards and operational goals tracking and partnering with them to improve resultsIssue and manage escalations to vendors for all pervasive operational issues.. Lead initiatives to improve service reliability and reduce costEngage and collaborate with other Capital One teams to ensure understanding of problem statements, frame potential solutions, and evaluate vendor options to pursueLead RFP and contract negotiations with existing and potential vendorsAct as a subject matter expert on ATM Networks (Allpoint and Moneypass) including initiatives and projects relating to these operationsPossess a solid understanding of network rules (MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, PULSE, CIRRUS, PLUS and regional PIN networks)Stay current with Industry trends and their impacts to our vendor partnershipsProvide subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetingAct as the incident management business owner and provide support to all resolution teams during issues or outages Location: This role is Hybrid , where you will be expected spend about half of your working time in office and half working virtually Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificationAt least 3 years of experience in process managementAt least 3 years of experience with ATM or Card payment networksAt least 3 years experience with Issuing and Acquiring Card processingAt least 3 years of experience with ATMs hardware, ATM software, or ATM servicesAt least 3 years of developing or interpreting analytics Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or military experienceAt least 3 years of experience with Vendor or Client RelationshipsAt least 5 years of experience in Financial services or retail bankingAt least 5 years of experience with ATMs hardware, ATM software, or ATM servicesKnowledge of Association Rules regarding MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, and regional PIN networks At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $103,900 - $118,600 for Principal Process ManagerCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
