It's friendly and courteous staff. It's extra support from following a hospitalization and much more. Health care is about more than health; it s behavioral, physical, and social needs. True healthcare is holistic and happens beyond when the patient is sick - understand how social determinates addressing needs outside of the exam room, including food insecurity, social isolation and transportation issues. We offer an extremely competitive base salary with quarterly bonus incentives and a value based model of care that allows you more time with your patients (max 12-15/day). Our physicians enjoy work/life balance with M-F outpatient only practice, and a collaborative approach to medicine with a team of professionals including NP/PA's, Pharmacist, Social Workers, Behavioral Health Specialist, RN's, Care Coaches, Certified MA's, Referral Specialists, Certified Coders, and experienced Administrative staff.
