UPS Capital Sales Force Administrator

Description:
Job Duties: Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign and development of new features and capabilities to reduce cost, improve quality and drive revenue for the firm. Build complex integrations, automations using Salesforce design and integration patterns, and process automation tools to seamlessly integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP based APIs for real time data synchronization. Design and implement key features for Financial Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud to reduce IT dependencies and enable UPSC teams with robust and scalable solutions. Provide hands-on expert level technical assistance to developers and manage end to end technical delivery of custom development, integrations and data migration activities of Salesforce enterprise implementation. Implement DevOps CI/CD framework to stabilize Salesforce deployments utilizing source control systems like GitHub, GITLab, TFS and automation tool like Flosum, Copado, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket. Build and maintain user intuitive reports and dashboards using CRM Analytics with dynamic components and filters. Leverage experience designing custom UI and mobile apps, which is critical for user's ability to access the information on these reports. Engage and collaborate with customers to develop overall business technology vision, insights, roadmap, organization readiness and governance to successfully align and execute on customers digital transformation goals for competitive advantage. Work as a liaison across business and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Telecommuting is permitted. Minimum Requirements: Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or closely related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field. Special Skill Requirements: (1) Object oriented programming language (Java/Apex/Python etc), (2) Salsforce.com platform, (3) REST/SOAP API, (4) Lightning/Aura Web component, (5) Sales/Service/Financial service cloud, (6) CI/CD using Azure DevOps, (7) Jenkins, (8) Bitbucket, (9) SQL, (10) SOQL, (11) SOSL, (12) Salesforce Integration patterns, (13) Computer Telephony Integration.
