Security Officer (Unarmed) Duties and Responsibilities may include: Monitor and Authorize Entrance and Departure of Employees, Visitors, and Students. Patrol Campus with assigned Security Vehicle to ensure Employees, Students and Building are Secured. Contact Emergency Responders, such as Police, Fire Department, and/or Ambulance Personnel, as Needed. Writes Reports of Unusual Activities and Events. Communicate with Staff and Management as Needed. Security Officer Qualifications: Retired Law Enforcement Preferred. Experienced Security Officer Preferred. Applicant must provide a certified copy of Driver's License Must have a valid Driver's License. Must have a valid Maryland Security Guard Card. Seeking motivated individuals with a minimum of Five (5) years of Security Experience. Minimum of Five (5) years of Customer Service experience preferred Must Be 23 years old and older Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent All applicants are subject to a Background Check and Drug Testing Applicants must have reliable transportation Hours: Flexible Shift Work Basic writing and basic computer skills (Word and Excel) are required Job Type: Part-Time
