Job Details Job Location : Brookings Office - Brookings, OR Position Type : Full Time Education Level : High School Salary Range : $33,000.00 - $43,000.00 Hourly Job Shift : Day Job Category : Nonprofit - Social Services Description Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a UA Technician to join their team! We Offer: 100% paid premiums for full family medical insurance Waiver cash option Dental and Vision insurance available Generous sick and vacation time accrual rates; accrued time rolls over year-to-year. 5% 401k employer contribution Life insurance policy Employee Assistance Program Clinical supervision toward licensure is available. Monitor's collection process of client UAs. Document the UA encounter in the client's electronic medical record (EMR). Primary Responsibilities: Collection of UA samples, including mouth swab samples Entering results of UAs into Adapt'selectronic medical record, additionally enter results into court systems as needed Weekly inventory report Prepare UA samples for shipment Accurately follow and document chain of custody, reporting all deviations when necessary Provide emergency intervention when necessary Provide a stable environment for adults who suffer from mental health issues and substance use disorders Qualifications Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
