Position Overview: JPMorgan Private Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead and drive the growth our Aggregation & Reporting offering. As the Head of Aggregation & Reporting, you will be responsible for owning all aspects of the aggregation experience, including client and prospect engagement, end-to-end set-up, and reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of wealth management, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering a seamless client experience. This role will report into the US Private Bank Family Office Practice and will partner closely with leadership and stakeholders across digital, technology, operations, compliance, and control functions. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategy: * Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Aggregation Reporting function, aligning with the overall goals of JPMorgan Private Bank. * Collaborate and build alignment with business, digital, technology, and operations stakeholders to drive on-going product enhancements and enhance the client experience. * Develop and manage the product budget and pricing strategy. * Define and measure KPIs to track progress and drive enhancement and prioritization decisions. Provide regular updates/reports to key stakeholders communicating progress against success criteria. Client, Prospect, and Advisor Engagement: * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, prospects, and advisors regarding the aggregation offering. * Conduct presentations and meetings to articulate the value proposition of the aggregation service. * Develop and implement the go to market strategy, including approaches to advisor training, communications, and internal and external marketing. End-to-End Experience Management: * Oversee the entire client journey from initial set-up to ongoing reporting, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including technology, operations, and client service teams, to enhance the aggregation experience. * Continuously assess and improve the aggregation process to meet evolving client expectations and industry standards. * Identify and track product issues to help drive their resolution. Reporting Offering: * Continuously refine the end product offering to ensure its best-in-class and can meet the customized needs of our family office clients. * Collect feedback & leverage usage data analytics to gain insights into client behavior and preferences, driving enhancements to the aggregation service. * Ensure compliance with legal, risk, compliance, and control requirements and internal policies. * Oversee and manage the third-party vendor relationships underpinning the product to ensure J.P. Morgan is maximizing its relationship the providers and the providers are operating in accordance with its agreements with J.P. Morgan. Market Awareness and Innovation: * Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the wealth management space. * Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the aggregation service. * Represent JPMorgan Private Bank at industry conferences, events, and forums to promote the aggregation offering.
