The ideal candidate will have a strong estate planning, probate, and trust administration background, excellent academic credentials, and exceptional writing and analytical skills.Duties:Provide legal counsel on estate planning, trust creation, and administration matters.Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.Represent clients in probate proceedings and trust administration.Conduct legal research and analysis on complex trust and estate issues.Advise clients on tax implications related to trusts and estates.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Minnesota State Bar or eligibility for admission.Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in trusts and estates practice.Strong interest and proficiency in drafting legal documents.Excellent academic credentials demonstrating strong performance in relevant coursework.Skills:Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to work.Preferred Certifications:Certification in Estate Planning or related fields (e.g., Certified Trust and Financial Advisor, Certified Financial Planner) is a plus.
