Position: Triage Nurse (RN) with Endocrinology Location: 87th Ave. Shift: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00a-5:00p Compensation: Hiring range is between $36.75-$47.10/hour, and placement in the range is based on an evaluation of experience Responsibilities include: in-basket management to ensure smooth workflow, triage patients to facilitate timely care, empower patients with healthcare information and advocate for patient's well-being. Required qualifications : * Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required. * Active Washington license within 60 days of hire or transfer if use multi-state licensure required. * Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider certification at time of hire. * Work unsupervised while functioning as a team member. Pay Range: $34.15 - $51.23 The above information is intended to indicate the general nature and level of work required in this position. We offer a competitive Total Rewards Program. Eligibility for benefits is dependent on factors such as position type and FTE. Benefit-eligible employees qualify for benefits beginning on the first of the month following one month of employment. We also offer a 401k retirement plan, with employer contributions after your first year of employment. Benefits-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full time staff and 200 hours in the first year for full time supervisors and above, increasing in subsequent years. PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
