Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Traveling Registered Nurse. As a Traveling Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.Responsibilities Provide individualized nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Develop and implement patient education plans to promote health and wellness Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitionsRequirements Graduate from an accredited nursing program Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where the practice of nursing is occurring At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skillsBenefitsSolutions by Sanford offers a competitive compensation package, including a weekly stipend and eligibility for Sanford benefits.
