Care at Home is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to fill one-on-one home care positions in PROVIDENCE COUNTY, RI Service area: Cranston, Johnston, and Providence. Immediate shifts available to complement your work/life balance include: Flexible per diem hours ($1 7 - $22 per hour) + $1,100 SIGN ON BONUS Flexible weekend hours ($1 8 -$2 5 per hour) + $1,100 SIGN ON BONUS Hero Program hours (*GUARANTEED weekly pay and hours) + $1,100 SIGN ON BONUS Benefits include a $1,100 sign on bonus, flexible hours, weekly paychecks, bonus incentives , differential pay, case eligible stipends, holiday & overtime pay, medical benefits, sick time, on-call care plan support, and growth opportunities. We offer competitive pay and benefits! Care at Home is an equal-opportunity workplace. * Hero Program guarantees weekly pay whether you work or not. Must make a commitment to a 24, 32, or 40-hour block of time. Blocks of time may include 7am-5pm, 1pm-11pm, or 9pm-11am. You are on-call during your scheduled block of time, not on your scheduled days off. Days off include one weekday and one weekend day.
