Travel Ultrasound Technologist - $2,326 per week

Description:
Certification Details ARDMS required. BLS certification required. Job Details Ultrasound Tech position available. Contract length: 13 weeks. Job Requirements Must have EPIC experience. Preferred travel experience. Must have Illinois license in hand. General Certification Requirements: BLS. Certs/ARDMS: ARDMS. Experience: Vascular experience is a must, but need to have experience with all listed types. One year of experience. First time traveler accepted. Schedule Information Shifts & Scheduling: 8 hours Preferred. Weeknight call once per week-2200-0630. Weekend Requirements: 2 weekend shifts per month. Holiday Requirements: Work 8 hours and then on call. Call or Standby requirement: 1 hour response time. Unit Specific Information Common types of imaging/studies performed: Vascular, obgyn, small parts, abdomen, peds. US procedure guidance. Breast ultrasound at times. Average # of scans/studies per day: 10-12 per sonographer and 8 hour day. EMR: Epic, Mckesson PACS, clickview. Department Specific Equipment: Siemens, Phillips, Parks, Mindray, Samsung. Radiology Supervisor: Lead on if the supervisor isn't in. Do they use RRA's: One on the inpatient side. Monday-Friday. Radiologist in-house?: M-F until 5 PM. Remote support available. Do they have to start IV's?: No Scrub Color: Any color professional scrubs- No Caribbean/purple. Can wear prints. Department specific orientation: 1 week orientation. Will go through inpatient/outpatient/outlier clinics. Additional Details ARDMS, BLS;Driver's License required for all submissions to be considered. Will Take Local Candidates.
