Certification Details Must check UD/JD to verify certifications required Must be AHA Provider Certification (Instructor card now acceptable); RQI Acceptable CL/CSS - please refer to the Allied Licensure Report in NOVA for Qualifying all Allied Professionals For Aya: Aya HIPAA Required For Subs: Either signed Lotus HIPAA form (preferred) OR Core testing is acceptable Non-Clinical: Required Must check UD/JD to verify certifications required Job Details X-ray Tech w/ OR exp On Call would be for OR if needed Unit accepts 1st time travelers Work Setting Experience: Outpatient, Inpatient, OR, ER, Teaching Hospital, Community Hospital, Adult ICU General Skills Experience: PACS, Portables, C-Arm, Contrast Job Requirements BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced, MD license 1yr exp Cerner experience Additional Details AYA: I9 Required SUBS: Lotus I9 Attestation Required Government-Issued Photo ID Required AYA: I9 Required SUBS: Lotus I9 Attestation Required
