Registered Nurse (RN) Telemetry I: Provide direct patient care, implement care plans, and coordinate with healthcare teams in a fast-paced environment. Certifications: BLS Certification ACLS Certification Nursys License/Certificate Verification Ascension Color Vision NIH Certification Ascension EKG Exam Ascension Nova StatStrip MMR Vaccination or Positive IGG Titer Fit Test Hepatitis B Vaccination or Documentation Influenza Vaccine TB Testing: 2 Step PPD OR IGRA Varicella Immunity Confirmation Tdap Vaccine Job Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Coordinate patient care with healthcare teams. Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
