Job Description & Requirements Registered Nurse - Perioperative Nurse - Operating Room - Travel - (OR RN) Start Date: 7/8/2024 Available Shifts: 10 D/E/N Pay Rate: $1883.89 - $2076.13 Requisition Comments and Notes POSITION DESCRIPTION Facility is no longer accepting candidates within a 50-mile radius. Do NOT submit candidates with a permanent address within 50 miles of the hospital. ALL RTO requests must be in the packet at the time of submission. Anything sent after, will not be approved OR RN needed for Shock Trauma OR, Looking for 2+ yrs of experience in trauma, complex ortho and neuro. CNOR preferred. Must be able to circulate and scrub trauma cases for Ortho, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Neuro and Wound cases. Min of 36 hours in 6 weeks of on-call required, Min 1 weekend per month and Holidays required. BLS required, must be in packet at time of submission. Must have active ORT certification in packet at time of submission. COVID vaccine required. ONLY Medical Declination accepted, Must have signed and authorized documentation from Physician in packet or submission will be dropped. UMMS does not accept Religious Declinations. Flu Season has ended at UMMS and vaccines are no longer required. REQUIRED: Must provide Circulating and scrub skills checklists in packet. Required Qualifications Years of Experience: 2.
