Certification Details AHA BLS - Basic Life Support Certificate NIHSS Certificate AHA ACLS - MUST BE ABLE TO INTERPRET TELEMETRY AND PERFORM CARDIAC DRIPS. Job Details Do NOT submit anyone who lives less than 50 miles radius from the LVHN position worksite & Submission attestation must be provided when presenting Travel RNs REQUIRED: PROOF of COVID & FLU vaccination MUST be provided at time candidate is submitted! Declinations are accepted. Please note: LVHN requires a full Hep B series (3 doses) or positive Hep B antibody documentation Nurses are required to interpret telemetry. CANDIDATE SIGNATURE FORM REQUIRED AT TIME OF SUBMITTAL TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO FLOAT TO MULTIPLE UNITS. Provides professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies and procedures. Directs and manages the care of designated patients. Utilizes effective and appropriate communication styles. Assists in maintaining a safe work environment and maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population of patients served. Job Requirements AHA BLS - Basic Life Support Certificate NIHSS Certificate AHA ACLS - MUST BE ABLE TO INTERPRET TELEMETRY AND PERFORM CARDIAC DRIPS. Graduate of accredited Nursing program 2 years Acute Care Experience and/or experience congruent with role in service line Registered Nurse State of Pennsylvania Successful completion of Registered Nurse orientation. Knowledge and competence that reflects current nursing practice. Ability to organize and prioritize assignments in the delivery of patient care. Successful completion of additional orientation programs related to specialty. Attainment and maintenance of unit-specific competencies. Basic computer skills. Bachelor's Degree Nursing (Preferred) Schedule Information Guaranteed Hours (24/36/40): 36 Unit Specific Information TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO FLOAT TO MULTIPLE UNITS.
