Reliable Nurse Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Lima, Ohio.Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Duration: 8 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: TravelReliable Nurse Staffing is currently seeking positions in Lima, OH. The ideal candidate will posses a current OH license. This is a position in the specialty unit. Estimated Gross Weekly Pay Range: $2389.92 - $2437.72 Requirements Current Resume Nursing License per state Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications 2 Current Clinical References (Supervisor x2 within 12 months) Physicial (within 12 months) TB Skin Test (within 12 months) Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months) Current Tdap/Flu Vaccinations Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening COVID Card - Current (In most cases) Compensation and Benefits At Reliable Nurse Staffing we take care of you!
