Job DescriptionTalent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Acute Care for a travel nursing job in Portage, Wisconsin.Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Long Term Acute Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/22/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Perks: Assisted Living Management : Nurse's role incorporates a variety of activities such as counseling, health educator, direct clinical care (e.g. wound management), medication management. Training of CBRF. Care Management with Administrator Assisted Living Management : Nurse's role incorporates a variety of activities such as counseling, health educator, direct clinical care (e.g. wound management), medication management. Training of CBRF. Care Management with Administrator Required Certifications: WI RN AHA or American Red cross BLS, CBRF certification Minimum= 1-2 years Assisted Living Management Charting : epic.
