Certification Details Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission - MUST BE INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms) Job Details Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Sterling, Colorado. Part of Banner Health (PVS) at Sterling Regional MedCenter. Job involves ensuring candidates are vetted for all locations and departments they are willing to work in for quicker presentation. Candidates should be pre-closed and ready to accept the position. Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed. Job Requirements Minimum 24 months of current Labor and Delivery experience - REQUIRED Travel experience - REQUIRED Resume with all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old) Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old) Certifications (must be active at time of submission) Schedule Information All shifts the traveler is open to working should be listed on the submission. RTO must be less than 7 days. RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of assignment. Additional Details Banner has specific background requirements that must be adhered to and attested. Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment. Non-Billable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment. Client or Vendor may cancel an Assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty.
