Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Raton, New Mexico.Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 14 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Estimated payment breakdown-$2362.00-$2562.00/wk*-$1200.00-$1400.00 in weekly taxable income-$30.00/hr-$35.00/hr*Estimate assumes an 8 hour shift. Hourly rate may change based on shift length.-$1162.00 in non-taxable stipend*Actual amount subject to eligibility and seasonal/annual adjustments*******Shift: Flexible hours. Gaurenteed 40hrs if no call off. Will pull On-Call. - Traveler must be flexible as the shift need can be for days or midsMobile Unit: Prefers candidates that can work the mobile outreach unit but open to receiving candidates who will only work at the hospital 25 bed Acute Care/Critical Access hospital.Must be flexible with hoursSome CallBLSNM Licensethe clinician will be required to bring and display their state license on site in the department. copies will not be accepted.***WITH OPTION TO WORK Mobile Outreach Details: --- They will primarily work at the main facility. However the outreach program will be 1-2 times a month at different locations within New Mexico. All billable hours will still be billed to the main location- Miner Colfax whether they are worked at a different location.--- The facility does not reimburse for out-of-state licenses. The traveler is responsible for an out-of-state license as a non-employee of MCMC.--- All payments are made to Qualivis following Qualivis reimbursement of the traveler.--- Receipts are needed for all items requested for reimbursement and should be submitted immediately following the trip. --- The traveler is able to be reimbursed for meal and hotel receipts during the trip. --- Hotels are expected to be 79-125 anything beyond that requires pre-approval.--- Meals over 55/day required pre-approval.--- If the traveler drives independently for the trip mileage reimbursement is available at .45/mile. The traveler is also welcomed to ride with the Black Lung Outreach staff in a State vehicle.--- All receipts need to be sent to billingquestionsqualivis immediately.
