Certification Details Special requirements: BLS, ACLS, ARRT, RCIS, WA Radiology License required Job Details Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology Cath Lab Tech Days Shift Procedural Responsibilities: Cases Include Diagnostic, Emergent, and known intervention cardiac cases Tech will complete Impella, Balloon Pump, CTO, Athrectomy, Structural Heart (TAVR, Watchman) PFO, cardiomems, EKOS, loop recorders, occasional pacemakers, etc. Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 40h contract Job Requirements 2 years experience required first time travelers accepted Scrub and circulate skills required Monitor and EKG skills preferred Balloon angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Impella insertion, Left/right heart catheterization, Rotablader, Paracentesis, Hemodynamic Monitoring experience required Watchman Procedures, Septal Closure, Pacemaker/Defib device placement, TAVI/TAVR procedure experience preferred Schedule Information Days Shift Weekend REQ: Yes Is on-call required? Yes; Approx 5-7 days/month Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes Additional Details SUBS: Aya I9 Attestation Required Government-Issued Photo ID Required for WA State OBRA search. OBRA search is required for CNAs at Skilled Nursing facilities (SNF) in WA ONLY. SUBS: Aya E-Verify Attestation Required ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, EFM, Tech Cert Verification - National, State License 1 Verification, NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP), IV Certification (LVN/LPN/Other), Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB), NIH Stroke Certification, Certification (Miscellaneous), CPI, Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, Color Blind Testing Online, Competency Exam all noted as per applicable fields or as noted by PM
