Certification Details Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Job Details Orientation every week, on Mondays. Duke Lifepoint Hospital Largest healthcare provider in west central Pennsylvania Flagship hospital of Conemaugh Health System Tertiary care regional referral hospital Level 1 Trauma Center Level 3 Regional Intensive Care Nursery High Risk OB Job Requirements Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Years of Experience: 2+ Must Have Skills/Experience: Cardiac Cath Lab Preferred Skillset/Experience: Cardiac Cath Lab Common Diagnosis/Treatment: STEMI, NSTEMI, CAD, Cardiogenic Shock, Complete Heart Block Required Education: Diploma RN or associate degree in nursing Schedule Information Shift: 4 - 10 hour shifts during the week Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40 Weekend Hours: Varied on call hours Call Requirements: call is covered 24/7; 1-2 nights per week and 1 weekend per month (Minimum based on needs of the department) Unit Specific Information Facility Department/Cost Center: Cardiac Cath Lab 7460 Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN and Tech Specialty: Cardiac Number of Openings: 1 RN and 1 Tech Number of Beds: 16 Patient Ratios: 1:1 Additional Details Trauma Level: 1 Equipment: IABP, Impella, Rota blader, Shock wave, Laser EHR: EPIC Patient Population e.g. 'geriatric, adult, peds, etc.': Adult and Geriatric Dress Code: Scrub Color: Hospital provided Any unacceptable attire: Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance Department of Human Services Fingerprinting FBI Department of Aging Fingerprinting PATCH-PA State Police Clearance
