Our client is currently seeking a Transportation Supervisor for their location in Northern New Jersey. This job will have the following responsibilities: Responsibilities:Oversee daily transportation operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.Supervise a team of drivers and coordinate their schedules.Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Maintain accurate records of routes, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance.Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistics processes.Requirements:Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B with Tanker and Airbrakes endorsement.Proven experience in transportation or logistics.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to handle stressful situations and solve problems on the go.Familiarity with transportation software and route planning tools.
