CNC Machining Trainer - 2nd Shift Are you looking for.... 3-day weekends w/a 7% shift differential? A stable workflow from a diverse customer base? The best equipment and tooling? Stock Ownership? The opportunity to have a huge impact on developing future CNC Machinists? Come join us at A to Z Machine Company! A to Z has an immediate opening for a 2nd Shift Trainer to join our team. This person will fill a crucial need within our 2nd shift team to continue to grow and develop future A to Z Machinists. They will be an integral part of A to Z's overall training program and plans; enhancing the youth apprenticeship program; and providing much needed 1-on-1 training. The ideal candidate will have extensive horizontal & vertical mill machining experience within a job shop environment; a collaborative approach to problem solving; a passion for training and developing other machinists; excellent communication skills; and a strong process and procedure orientation.
