This role offers the opportunity to represent clients in trademark matters and disputes on regional, national, and international levels. Candidates will work closely with a dynamic team of skilled trademark practitioners known for their mentorship and training.Duties:Handle trademark clearance, filing strategy, and prosecution.Conduct enforcement investigations and draft cease and desist letters regarding trademark infringement.Negotiate co-existence and settlement agreements in trademark matters.Provide transactional support related to advertising law, intellectual property, and technology licensing.Collaborate with clients and colleagues on various trademark-related issues.Requirements:Active law license.A minimum of 5+ years of trademark experience is preferred; candidates with less experience may be considered if they possess excellent training and relevant experience.Strong research, writing, and critical-thinking skills.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction(s).Job Location:Clayton, MO.Skills:Expertise in trademark law.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
