They offer a wide range of roof solutions providing top quality products and lasting client relationships. The Role: They are looking for a Trade Sales Counter Assistant to join their busy team. Your role involves proactive customer interaction, order management, and efficient stock handling. Full training provided for all responsibilities. Responsibilities: Assist customers, handle enquiries, and secure orders. Make proactive sales calls to expand business outreach. Manage stock levels and place orders as needed. Organise delivery schedules for efficient operations. Contribute to stocktaking processes and perform daily banking duties. Conduct regular stock checks and assist customers with order pickups. Requirements: Previously worked as a Trade Sales Assistant, Counter Sales Assistant or in a similar role. Ideally, possess sales experience, preferably in merchant or DIY sales not mandatory Customer-focused, team player, proactive, and energetic Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Skilled in Urdu or Punjabi beneficial Full UK driving licence. Shift: Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM 2 on, 1 off rotation Be part of a thriving team, enhancing your skills in a dynamic industry.
