The ideal candidate will manage complex cases involving toxic tort and asbestos litigation, demonstrating solid legal expertise and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.Job Duties:Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce high-quality legal deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence promptly.Provide timely, accurate, and thorough work products to meet deadlines and expectations.Foster positive relationships within the firm and with external stakeholders.Comply with all firm policies, practices, and ethical standards.Engage in physical and sedentary activities essential for law practice, including extended computer work, virtual meetings, and conference calls.Perform additional duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Strong academic credentials from nationally recognized institutions.Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania; admission in New York is a plus.3+ years of experience with civil litigation in both state and federal courts.Proven experience conducting and defending depositions.Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse case docket effectively.Experience appearing in court and handling courtroom procedures.Specialized experience in toxic tort and asbestos litigation is essential.Skills and Competencies:Strong analytical and writing skills, with attention to detail.Excellent organizational skills and sound business judgment.Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a team environment.Effective oral and written communication skills, with persuasive abilities.Advanced research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking capabilities.Demonstrated ability to influence others and manage complex legal matters.
