Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and analyze the current Compensation Strategy Own and manage current Compensation tools and benefits programs Collaborate with stakeholders to build new total rewards programs Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Total Rewards Specialist in a scaling company Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles Experience developing and implementing total rewards strategies in a fast-paced environment Proficient in data analysis and reporting Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
