Responsibilities:• Ensuring that all paperwork needed for escrow transactions is accurate and comprehensive as required by regulatory bodies• Checking names and entities in documents carefully to ensure correctness and compliance• Accuracy is ensured by precisely computing and verifying escrow fees before submission• Employing digital systems like Simplifile to submit and handle escrow documents in an effective manner• Completing in-depth investigation and analysis to settle any disagreements or problems that might come up during the escrow procedure• Maintaining efficient lines of communication with lenders, clients, and other stakeholders in order to quickly respond to questions and provide updates• Working together with internal teams to improve escrow operations' overall efficiency and streamline procedures• Ensuring that all paperwork needed for escrow transactions is accurate and comprehensive as required by regulatory bodies• Adhere to closing instructions and verify that all closing conditions have been satisfied• Compile data and put into loan closing documents in a timely manner Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.• Experience in escrow, title, or real estate transactions is highly desirable.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Previous experience with Simplifile or similar electronic escrow platforms is preferred but not required.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
