Perform tire rotations and inspections to ensure optimal tire performance. Diagnose and repair tire-related issues, such as punctures or sidewall damage. Maintain accurate records of tire inventory and ensure proper storage. Use tire machines, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally. Qualifications: Previous experience as a tire technician or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Ability to use tire machines and tools effectively and safely. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy tires and equipment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
