Telehealth Triage Nurse

Description:
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse for a fully remote Telehealth Triage role. Key Responsibilities Triage symptom-based calls and provide recommendations per approved protocols Document all patient interactions electronically and ensure accurate records Provide health education and prepare patients for primary care visits Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate's Degree in Nursing Current, Active Compact License in good standing Minimum of 3 years' clinical nursing experience, preferably in emergency or urgent care Experience in a call center environment and familiarity with electronic triage software Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
