Duties: Manage all aspects of IT services Invizio provides, including, but not limited to hardware, software, network infrastructure, telecommunications and business processes. Oversee the day-to-day activities of the service delivery team to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage a service delivery team consisting of six professionals to ensure client requests are addressed appropriately and in a timely fashion. Provide project management support, allocate resources, and ensure practices to proactively protect, shield, and defend Invizio and our clients from cyber threats and prevent the occurrence of cybersecurity incidents. Develop internal training programs for employee development. Create and manage employee technical development paths and requirements. Establish and manage service delivery standards and creating and maintaining standard operating procedures. Manage client accounts and relationships and serve as a point of contact for client accounts. Manage client escalation incidents. Monitor performance using Key Performance Indicators and dashboards. Ensure Service Level Agreements are met. Evaluate and select recommended systems software and hardware necessary for the successful integration of information technology systems with an understanding of clients needs. Manage vendors and suppliers of software and hardware solutions both internal and client facing. Direct the development and administration of IT capital and expense budgets up to $200,000 and maintain control procedures. Develop procedures for control of all business systems, and provide systems and data backup, recovery, and risk management support. 10% of domestic and international travel required. Destination impossible to predict. Telecommute permitted within commuting distance to the office. Requirements: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Project Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field. Requires 5 years of experience in an IT consultant or computer system analyst position. Requires 2 years of experience in managing a budget of at least $100,000; building professional services technology infrastructures; responsible for technical analysis, solution development and implementation, and management of a service delivery team; using Professional Service Automation tools, Remote Management and Monitoring tools, Backup and Disaster Recovery Tools and Communication and Collaborations tools; applying Managed Service business model, implementing best practices and knowledge of networks, telecommunications, application, and commonly used business systems and software, such as Addigy, Autotask PSA, Datto RMM Qualified applciants apply via email at, RE Job Code # TSM624.
