Manage Life Sciences Client engagements and Project Manage Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) Implementation projects for Rockwell Automation, within the Kalypso Business, PTC Practice using Agile methodologies and SCRUM project execution techniques. Analyze PLM User Requirements, Support Functional and Technical Design Workshops, Systems Configuration, Systems Development and Integration, Testing and Computer Systems Validation, and User Adoption and Training. Provide client demonstrations and training for the PLM systems as part of the consulting engagements and to promote and expand usage and adoption of leading business practices based-on the configured software. Train and supervise the Rockwell technical staff of the different systems capabilities and leading practices for using the software. Collaborate with Rockwell Enterprise Technology leadership to build new relationships and expand our business and offerings for the Rockwell PTC practice. Attend Life Sciences industry conferences and events to support market research and networking. Support Rockwell PTC PLM market expansion into Latin America markets. Consult and make recommendations for the client on systems usage to develop standard operating procedures that will comply with regulations and quality standards. Partner with the broader Rockwell Automation, within the Kalypso Business, organization to create deliverables, workshop content, and prepare flow charts to describe operating procedures and business processes. Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations. May analyze or recommend commercially available software. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or a related field, and 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, the employer will accept a master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience. Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following: Software development, including any three of the following: HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, Bootstrap Framework, XML, PHP, or Python; andQuality Management Systems, including any one of the following: FDA Part 11 Compliance, EUMDR Regulatory Requirements, or Computer Systems Testing and Validation. Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) technology, the oil and gas industry, and the solar power generation industry; and Agile project management. 100% telecommuting permitted; candidate may reside anywhere in the U.S. Domestic travel required up to 5% and international travel required up to 5%.
