TEAM LEAD WRAPAROUND FACILITATOR QUALIFICATIONS 21+ years old Bachelor's degree in a human services field such as counseling, rehabilitation counseling, social work, education, or psychology with 3+ years of supervised experience Ability to actively participate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment Knowledge of community programs, evidence-based practices, and various treatment modalities used to help youth and their family navigate child-serving systems Valid driver's license and proof of insurance These preferred criteria would help you stand out: Experience using the High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) model Ability to effectively communicate with leadership, team members, and stakeholders Organizational abilities, time management skills, and ability to prioritize work responsibilities Ability to collaborate with professionals from other organizations and disciplines with an appreciation for multiculturalism DAY-TO-DAY As our part-time Team Lead Wraparound Facilitator, you collaborate with our kind human services team to design and deliver quality support for the participants of our Wraparound Program! You're responsible for ensuring our team members complete great work, and you assist during escalated situations when needed. Providing invaluable guidance and mentorship, you train new employees, coach current staff, and develop methods for improving our processes.You diligently evaluate referrals and conduct assessments to connect youth and family members with the appropriate resources. Working with guardians and caseworkers, you develop and maintain effective crisis plans and wraparound plans. You conduct weekly face-to-face visits and attend regular meetings to track progress and review care plan effectiveness.
