The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organised and bring a real passion for education to the classroom. As a Teaching Assistant you could be preparing classroom resources, supporting students and running 1:1 and small group sessions. The successful candidate will: Have experience working with young people. Be proactive and organised. Have a passion and drive for education. Work well in a team. Be confident in supporting students 1:1. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a good understanding of different learning needs. Candidates must also be UK residents, living in the country for at least 6 months, with valid Right to Work documents and relevant qualifications.
