The attorney will be responsible for working on foundational estate planning as well as advanced estate and tax planning matters. They will draft customized estate planning documents, advise clients on trust structures, and research tax issues related to estate planning. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of estate and gift tax laws.
