Job Description This is a 9-12 month, full-time, exempt Talent Share with a time commitment of 100%. Candidates in exempt band will be considered. The candidate will be working virtually/from home during the Talent Share. Interested employees should have a conversation with their immediate manager and approval before applying for this opportunity. Claims candidates must also have approval up through CSA Leadership. Service Delivery (CCC, ISC, RMBC, ASIC, GEM/ASA) employees must also have director-level approval before applying for this Talent Share. What You Will Do In the role of a Property Claims Design team member your primary objective will be to strategically position the Business Unit for success. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing results, providing insights into the business with actionable recommendations, and prioritizing design efforts. You will be instrumental in implementing strategic changes through effective communication with managers and claims operations. Furthermore, this role offers exposure to the development and achievement of Business Unit priorities and your contributions will extend to facilitating collaborative dialogue across various Business Units, aligning efforts towards shared priorities and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: * Utilize your expertise to influence business decisions by conducting thorough analysis, strategic planning, precise measurement, and developing compelling business cases. You will also play a crucial role in expense management and maintaining robust internal controls. * Take charge of the execution and integration of Business Unit priorities, ensuring successful outcomes while managing expectations effectively. Your objective focus on these priorities will be instrumental in driving the unit's overall performance. * Capitalize on your extensive internal and external networks to enhance the Business Unit's chances of achieving its desired objectives. Leveraging these connections will be vital in fostering success and growth. * Engage with Officers, Directors, and Senior Leadership to identify and implement strategic approaches that improve processes, enhance customer service, and optimize resource management. Your interactions will contribute significantly to the overall strategic direction of the company. * Conduct comprehensive analyses of the long-term impact of potential strategies and decisions, considering their implications for the business. Your insights will aid in making informed and forward-thinking choices. * Take the lead in fostering a strong understanding within teams about how their contributions align with Allstate's objectives. By ensuring team efficiency and effectiveness, you will play a key role in driving organizational success. I What You Will Learn You will learn and take part in collaboration that is required to Create Business Unit Priorities and the Standard Process that supports them. You will learn how to identify gaps in existing standard process, based on feedback and qualitative reviews, and be a contributing participant to gain key stakeholder support to change or implement new processes, including identifying and analyzing financial impacts of the changes.
