A company is looking for a Talent Management Specialist to contribute to the planning, development, implementation, and improvement of Talent Management strategies. Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution of the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting and performance reviews Manage the Engagement Survey process, including design, launch, reporting, and action planning Oversee the Early Career Rotational Program to develop high-potential associates for leadership roles Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience 4 or more years of Human Resources experience Experience with Workday or similar HRIS system Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience in project management and structured planning
