Our organization has experienced significant growth over the past year, and we are now seeking a new Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. THE ROLE Recruit candidates through various channels, including cold calls, Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other legal and ethical sources. Source and input candidate information into our applicant tracking system. Support the Director and Manager of your team in building meaningful relationships with new preK-12 school partners. Under the supervision of the Director of Special Education Outreach, contact potential candidates for open positions in speech-language pathology, social work, and occupational therapy. Introduce new applicants to our school partners and manage the interview process from phone screen to offer stages to ensure properly matched placements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system, including spreadsheets with candidate names, leads, and qualified candidates. Secure new hire documentation and employment credentials with state agencies, maintaining strict confidentiality. Assist with ad-hoc projects and general tasks as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the staffing or recruiting industry or similar internal talent acquisition experience. Highly entrepreneurial and resourceful, with the ability to leverage efforts creatively. High standards of honesty and integrity, with adherence to professional and ethical standards. Passion for working in school therapy and/or special education, with a willingness to learn, work hard, and take ownership of tasks. Ability to work longer hours during peak times, with flexible hours provided throughout the year upon demonstrating high performance. Possess qualities such as zest, grit, hope, social and emotional intelligence, gratitude, and a sense of humor.
