Key Responsibilities Use virtual communication tools to manage and support team members across various locations and time zones. Drive growth and success in our service operations by implementing best practices and contributing to process improvements. Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-centric approach in all interactions and operations. Qualifications Previous experience in management or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate remote teams. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a virtual work environment. A strong desire to learn, grow, and advance into a leadership role within the company.
