Silgan Dispensing Systems is looking for an experienced and innovative Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic HR team. In this key role, you will report directly to the Director U.S. Human Resources and be responsible for shaping and driving the strategy for sourcing and attracting top talent. This includes creating strong talent pipelines, irresistible candidate experiences, staying current on emerging trends and technologies and using data to tell our story and inform decisions. This is a hybrid position.What You Will Do * Develops and implements talent acquisition strategy in alignment with the corporate business strategy. * Owns end-to-end recruitment processes for all roles, ensuring a seamless and irresistible candidate experience. * Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. * Responsible for Talent Acquisition metrics including tracking for active open requisitions across the business. * Manages executive recruiting practice and recruits, screens, and interviews candidates for open senior level positions. * Develops and maintains strategic relationships with organizations that assists in attracting top talent including employment agencies, search firms, and other sources of applicants. * Develops and executes the technology strategy for attracting and recruiting candidates and ensuring efficiencies including applicant tracking systems and social media strategies. * Design a best-in-class talent assessment process that includes industry-recognized tools and methods such as assessments, simulations, and structured interviews.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or other related field of study; and seven (7) years of progressively responsible related experience; and two (2) years of leadership experience. * Experience recruiting with a proven track record of successfully identifying and attracting top talent, including executive, senior professional, technical, and hard to fill roles required. * Experience with candidate management systems and methodologies to grow, manage and monitor talent pipelines. * Deep knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practices including sourcing top talent to meet business needs. * Knowledge of Talent Acquisition systems and online platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed * Excellent communication, teamwork and people skills. * Ability to synthesize data from a variety of sources, develop a story/recommendation and effectively share with stakeholders, including executives. * Expert negotiation skills * Ability to partner, collaborate and consult with hiring leaders, executives, team members and other key stakeholders both within and outside of HR. * Strong sales mentality * Outstanding professionalism, including the ability to maintain confidentiality. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational, time management and project management skills.What Will Put You Ahead * 5+ years of Corporate In-house Recruitment experience * Experience managing a recruiting function through significant change (i.e., new systems, processes, tools) * Proven success managing difficult searches, juggling competing priorities, and handling high requisition loads. * Demonstrated background in recruitment strategy, conception, and development. * Experience building and optimizing recruiting infrastructure (e.g., recruiting strategy, budget, tools)LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERThe above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.All job requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
