We also offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits. Where you fit: This high impact position is part of our Springbrook Services and Implementation team. The ideal candidate serves as the owner and primary administrator of the Tableau application. You will need to work closely across the Company (with Sales, Implementation, Product, IT and Development) to provide implementation, training and support for the Tableau product customers. You will be responsible for managing the data in secure , governed manner to Tableau users. Position requires highly motivated and detail oriented professional. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with customers and internal staff on pre and post sales requirements to ensure data sources are accurate, available and analyzable. Create interactive filters, parameters and calculations in Tableau Desktop dashboard creation, report development, trouble shooting and source management. Successfully implement customers with Tableau. As necessary, work with new and existing Tableau Customers to integrate with their current accounting software and provide reporting. Collaborate with product and development to create additional or improved data sources and troubleshoot issues for Tableau integrations Test and validate any new releases and builds of future releases of the Tableau Generate and document all training related to implementation and support Maintain general awareness of Springbrook security and privacy policies. Report any security incident or suspected security incident to the Springbrook Incident Response Team Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Development, or related field Minimum (3) years experience using Tableau including Designing and developing business intelligence dashboards Extensive experience in creating and editing SQL queries within Tableau to build calculated fields. Experience working with large and complex data sets and writing queries to create fields. Industry domain experience in implementing software solutions for ERP/Financial applications, preferably in the local government space Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks with exceptional attention to detail and analytical and communication Willing to roll up sleeves and be an effective team player. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Priority given to candidates with prior experience on implementing solutions in the local government sector.
