You will be joining a dedicated and hard-working Orthopaedic department with up to date support services available to you to support your own wellbeing. Our client offers a multitude of opportunities for progression and skill development - often leading to promotion You will be working as a qualified Surgical First Assistant – Orthopaedics so you must be fully qualified. The right candidate will have an NMC/HCPC pin, be qualified as a Surgical First Assistant and have experience assisting surgeons in orthopaedic procedures. You should be open to take on some leadership responsibilities as you will be a higher-level practitioner who may have to help guide junior members of the team.
