This will include the following tasks and responsibilities: Multidisciplinary Care Planning: Conduct regular reviews, backssments, and care plan formulations with a multidisciplinary approach to address the needs and choices of individuals receiving support. Customer-Focused Service: Provide excellent customer service for Cedar tenants, ensuring well-managed care and support housing schemes, and maintaining the environment. Proactive Tenancy Management: Collaborate with tenants and support agencies to address environmental, property, and tenancy issues to sustain tenancies and manage housing schemes effectively. Community Engagement: Develop local knowledge and establish partnerships to meet the needs of tenants and the community, promoting resident participation and community development. Professional Development and Standards: Maintain high professional standards, stay updated on care and supported housing best practices and legislation, and demonstrate commitment to the company’s vision and values. Support Worker Supervision: Train and supervise support workers, monitor their tasks, ensure adherence to care and welfare schemes, and verify care reports and trackers.
