A company is looking for a Support Specialist to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and guidance to patients and clinical end users Document and track customer service requests using ticket management systems Escalate unresolved issues to the management team as necessary Required Qualifications, Training, and Education: 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment Experience troubleshooting mobile solutions and healthcare technology Some college or technical background preferred Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple programs Bilingual abilities in Spanish preferred
