Love What You Do! RTC Services is looking for a Support Specialist to provide instruction, supervision, and personal assistance (including continence care, assistance to restroom, eating, changing clothes, etc.) to individuals with disabilities. Job Duties: Provide personal care. Plan and carryout activities with persons served. Implement individual plans for persons served. Documents on daily basis. Lifts, moves, and positions individuals needing physical assistance. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience with individuals with disabilities, preferred Strong written and verbal skills for effective communication. Must be physically capable to lift, carry and move associates in a safe manner according to training. Valid Ohio Driver's License Maintain First Aid and CPR, and other required training and certifications.
