It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.SUMMARYThe Support Agreement Coordinator will support DASA-FOI's reimbursable program by preparing billing packages to include funding document instructions, support agreements, customer cost sheets, and customer Rough Order Magnitudes.As a federal contractor, CNI is a drug-free workplace and adheres to the Federal Controlled Substance Act. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEssential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Drafts customer support agreements and coordinates with key stakeholders.Coordinates with DASA-FOI customers on the collection of funding associated with the support agreements that includes customer communication and follow-up until receipt of customer funding.Utilizes all relevant systems and forms, such as G-Invoicing and 7600As.Possesses familiarity with all applicable regulations, to include DoD 7000.14-R.Tracks all incoming customer funds and maintains a list of delinquent customer bills.Modifies and drafts all support agreements for DASA-FOI products and services to create annual bills and monthly invoices.Produces rough order of magnitude estimates, quote validations, cost models, cost allocation methodologies and business case analyze, utilizing best practice costing methodologies, to build accurate models for current or potential DASA-FOI products and services.Performs initial validation of reimbursable funding documentation for completeness and verifies a final support agreement is in place prior to processing and accepting customer funds in GFEBS.Conducts training and supports program development to ensure robust management of all past and current agreements.Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor's instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output.Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company.Performs other duties as assigned, to include administrative and documentation management to support the operation of business support services-based functional supportOTHER DUTIESPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree and a minimum of three to five (3-5) years' relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.JOB SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIESAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office Programs, to include OneNote and Teams.SharePoint user experience: ability to navigate, upload, and collaborate using SharePoint.Must be a highly motivated self-starter.Possess good communication skills and the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively both written and verbally.Ability to take direction easily and remain flexible as needs evolve.Must be able/willing to take on new challenges; execute tasks in small windows of time; and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to operate proactively - to anticipate where support for the client is needed.Stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, including the ability to conduct such activities seamlessly in a virtual environment, as required.LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.REASONING ABILITYAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
